"It sounds like it was an excellent group of volunteers who did some great work.  Just reading the reports I can see a growth in confidence in Estolene - who seems to be well established now as "the boss" - I can see real progress in administration, planning and activities, and I can see a new found openness in the group.  I think it's amazing the way such a diverse group of volunteers with such diverse skills, projects and approaches, can all fit in and make a difference to such a small project."
